What You’ll Be Doing

• Data Entry: Inputting information accurately into the system.

• Document Scanning: Digitising physical documents for audit trails, compliance purposes, and proper record-keeping.

• Filing & Organising Records: Sorting, labelling, and filing hardcopy and softcopy documents to maintain proper documentation flow, especially for items linked to financial closing.

• Document Packing & Preparation: Packing and preparing documents for audit submission, storage, or archiving in accordance with company policies.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent with administrative experience

• Proficient in Basic Microsoft Office tools

• Detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments
