Act as a primary contact for customers before and after sales.

Support the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships (CRM).
·
Manage order processing, including creating quotations and generating billing.
·
Prepare and deliver spares backlog reports with accurate revenue data.
·
Record and track service activities, equipment failures, and feedback.
·
Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley Act) processes for billing and contract revenue.
·
Work with SAP CRM to maintain customer data and installed base records.
·
Reduce billing/collection cycle time to meet financial goals.
·
Provide administrative support to managers and create reports for leadership.
·
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, finance) to meet revenue and service goals.
·
Handle multiple priorities during peak fiscal periods.
·
Ensure professional communication and exceptional customer service.
Skills:
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
·
Experience with order management software (SAP CRM strongly preferred).
·
Knowledge of billing, quotations, and account management processes.
·
Customer service–oriented mindset, with relationship-building skills.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
