Job Description
A) Site & Block Facility Management (Hard + Soft Services)
- Manage upkeep of site offices, accommodation blocks, common areas and utilities (water, power, sanitation, drainage, cleanliness, pest control) with defined inspection checklists and closure tracking.
- Ensure daily serviceability of employee amenities and infrastructure and coordinate repair/maintenance closure with internal teams/vendors.
- Monitor housekeeping services quality and manpower attendance as per agreed SLAs.
B) Food & Beverages (Canteen / Mess) Management
- Oversee canteen operations across blocks/site: food quality, hygiene, safe storage, menu adherence, meal distribution, and service standards.
- Conduct periodic audits for FSSAI-aligned hygiene practices, cleaning schedules, pest control, water quality coordination, and corrective actions with vendor. (Hygiene and inspections expectations are explicitly part of Adani colony/canteen ops.)
- Track consumption trends, prevent pilferage/wastage, and support cost controls without compromising service levels.
C) Vehicle / Transport Management
- Coordinate deployment of vehicles for site operations (employee movement, material/admin runs) through roster planning, utilization tracking, and route/shift alignment. (Transport management is included under Adani admin/facility scope.)
- Ensure compliance for vehicle documentation (permits, insurance, PUC), driver discipline, and basic safety checks; escalate deviations and support corrective actions. (Admin governance + safety expectations.)
- Monitor fuel, mileage, logbooks, vendor bills, and validate invoices against actual usage. (Vendor governance + cost/MIS expectations.)
D) Vendor & Contractor Governance
- Manage admin vendors (housekeeping, canteen, transport, pest control, facility support) including onboarding support, daily coordination, service verification, and performance reviews.
- Track SLAs/KPIs, renewals, and compliance documents; verify vendor manpower attendance and certify bills/invoices only after service validation.
- Drive continuous improvements and cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality.
E) Safety, Security & Risk Management (Admin Interface)
- Ensure site/block readiness for security controls (access systems, CCTV uptime, patrolling coordination) and raise gaps for immediate closure.
- Coordinate with EHS for fire safety readiness, drills, emergency response arrangements and implement corrective actions for accommodation/common areas.
F) Statutory Compliance Support & Documentation
- Maintain admin documentation required for audits: inspection records, service reports, compliance registers, vendor statutory documents, and operational checklists.
- Support adherence to relevant statutory requirements linked to administration (local regulations, safety/fire/environment interfaces) and ensure audit readiness through robust records.
G) Budgeting, Inventory & MIS
- Support annual/quarterly admin budgeting, monthly expense tracking, variance notes, and dashboards/MIS for leadership reviews.
- Manage inventory of admin consumables and supplies (housekeeping materials, pantry/canteen supplies as applicable) with min-max levels and timely procurement.
H) Stakeholder Management & Service Delivery
- Act as the single-point admin interface for site teams, block in-charges, HR, EHS, Security, Project/Construction teams for resolution of day-to-day facility issues and workforce welfare needs.
- Address service complaints/grievances related to facilities/canteen/transport and close them within TAT; escalate high-risk issues promptly.
Education: Graduate (any discipline); Postgraduate in Facilities/Operations preferred.
Experience: Typically, 3–7 years in administration/facility management in large industrial/project sites, labour colonies, or infrastructure setups.
Exposure to multi-vendor site services (canteen/housekeeping/transport/security coordination) preferred
