Your Role

• Own end‑to‑end solutioning for large (€50M+) multiyear, multi‑tower ADM outsourcing deals.
• Shape integrated, transformation‑led ADM solutions aligned to client objectives and Capgemini offerings.
• Lead solution development, estimations, costing, and commercials across build‑to‑run lifecycle.
• Drive deal pursuits from RFI to RFP, BAFO, and contracting with CXO‑level client engagement.
• Orchestrate large cross‑service-line pursuit teams and defend solutions internally and externally.

Your Profile

• 12-14 years overall experience
• Strong ADM / AMS solutioning experience with large, complex, multi‑tower deals.
• Strategic thinking with ability to define win themes, value propositions, and solution strategy.
• Expertise in transformation (Agile, DevOps, modernization, industrialization, productivity, margins).
• Deep understanding of costing, estimations, pricing models, and commercial structures.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management up to CXO level.
