Job Shift: Indirect CareThe Activities of Daily Living Specialist (ADLS) Supervisor provides frontline leadership and support to ADLS staff. This role serves as a key liaison between direct care staff and department leadership, in addition to helping ensure continuity of care. The supervisor supports daily operations, timekeeping, performance coaching, and basic personnel matters while promoting patient safety and team collaboration.

Qualifications
