Job Title: Adjunct Teaching - Kennedy Center - GWS 397R: Editing for Publication

Position Start Date: June 22, 2026

Required Degree:

Required Master’s Degree in English or Publishing.

Preferred Master’s Degree plus experience teaching/ writing in GWS-related subjects.

Experience:

Applicant must have prior experience teaching university-level courses and experience discussing potentially sensitive topics in a manner that advances the goals and mission of Brigham Young University. They must also have experience editing biographical entries and guiding students through the editing process.

Duties/Expectations:

Teach GWS 397R: Editing for Publication. This adjunct will be expected to work with students on editing and formatting biographical entries in preparation for sending the current GWS project for publication. This will be for Summer 2026 only.
