The School of Social Sciences, Communication, and Humanities at Endicott College is currently seeking individuals to teach the following in-person courses in the Fall 2026 semester, with classes starting on September 1, 2026 and ending on December 18, 2026:

  • PSY 100-04 General Psychology MWF 8-8:50AM
  • PSY 100-05 General Psychology MWF 9-9:50AM
  • PSY 110-01 Lifespan Development MWF 10-10:50AM
  • PSY 110-06 Lifespan Development TR 12:30-1:45PM
  • PSY 335-01 Theories of Counseling TR 2:00-3:15PM
  • PSY 489-03 Senior Research F 3:30-4:55PM
  • PSY 489-04 Senior Research F 3:30-4:55PM

Compensation Per Course:
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $1,100–$4,700 per 3-credit course. This range reflects base pay only and is determined by course enrollment, spanning from the minimum rate for low-enrolled courses to the maximum established rate. This does not include other potential compensation or benefits.

All courses are taught in-person In-person lecture courses meet for 3 hours a week in either a Monday/Wednesday/Friday 50-minute format or a Tuesday/Thursday format 75-minute format. PSY 489 meets once a week on Fridays for an 85-minute block.

Instructors are expected to:

  • Deliver the course(s) in person in their assigned time blocks.

  • Abide by Endicott’s academic policies as described in the College’s faculty handbook.

  • Use the course description and honor the learning outcomes of each course.

  • Use Canvas as the course’s learning management system.

  • Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades.

  • Communicate with the dean or other administrators if issues arise concerning the teaching of specific classes.

  • Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification for any course-related matter, if requested.

  • Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes.

  • Use Endicott email when communicating with students outside of class.

Qualifications: A minimum of a Master’s degree is required, and college-level teaching experience is preferred.
