The College of Education has over 3,000 undergraduate and graduate students and was recently recognized as having one of the best online graduate programs in the country. The Department of Educational Leadership, Administration, and Research is one of five departments within the College of Education. The Department of Educational Leadership, Administration, and Research houses graduate programs in educational leadership (CPED member), higher education, and school administration and an undergraduate program in leadership and social innovation. The College of Education is fully accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and approved by the New Jersey Department of Education.
The Department of Educational Leadership, Administration, and Research is currently searching for qualified, experienced adjunct instructors to teach in the following graduate programs: Educational Leadership, Higher Education, and School Administration. These are part-time, adjunct positions with the possibility of renewal on a term by term basis. These positions require in-person availability during the evening.

NOTE:

In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, and in accordance with the current MOA, Rowan University adjuncts are provided with a minimum of $1,975 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year. Courses will be assigned to instructors by College & Department on an as-needed basis.
