
The School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences (SoMAS) at Stony Brook University invites applications for an adjunct to co-teach MAR 513 in Atmospheric Sciences. The teaching topics will include atmospheric aerosols, chemistry, and climate. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching and will teach classes at the graduate level, as well as mentor students.
Required Qualifications: Ph.D. (or foreign equivalent) in Atmospheric Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in Radiative Transfer, Atmospheric Chemistry, Cloud Chemistry and Aerosols. Experience mentoring undergraduate and/or graduate students.
