Adjunct Instructor, Pediatrics
Position Purpose:
The Adjunct Faculty functions within the mission and strategic plan of Mount Carmel College of Nursing. The primary function of this position is the periodic instruction of Mount Carmel College of Nursing students in the classroom, laboratory, and or clinical setting. The Adjunct Faculty contributes to evaluating student learning and performance and maintains academic records regarding students' progress, and participates in the planning and implementation of learning experiences that support the learners’ ability to achieve stated outcomes.
**Current primary needs are for instructing clinicals in Pediatrics.
Minimum Requirements:
· Education/Experience: Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing
· License / Certification: Must hold a current active unrestricted applicable license in the State of Ohio as an RN.
· Current CPR certification is required if teaching in a clinical setting
· Teaching experience in a collegiate or university setting is preferred.
· Effective Communication Skills
