Job Title: Adjunct Instructor of Voice
Rank: Adjunct Instructor
Part time position for a voice instructor beginning August, 2021. Primary duties include teaching weekly voice lessons to both music majors and non-majors. Depending on background and experience, other teaching responsibilities may include related course work (e.g., diction, vocal pedagogy or class voice) as needed. There are opportunities on campus for recitals and other public performances.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in voice or vocal pedagogy required. Candidate must demonstrate evidence of successful teaching experience of undergraduate students in a college or university setting. Exemplary musicianship, including keyboard skills are required. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to be a congenial colleague.
