Job Title: Adjunct Instructor of String Bass

Rank: Adjunct Instructor

Part-time position for a string bass instructor beginning August, 2021. Primary duties include teaching weekly lessons to both music majors and non-majors. There will also be opportunities for recitals and other public performances.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Master’s degree required. Candidate must demonstrate evidence of successful performance and teaching, as well as the ability to be a congenial colleague. Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining students is highly desired.

Preferred qualifications: Experience with electric bass and jazz is desirable.

Start Date: August 17, 2021
