An earned DSW, PhD in Social Work, or closely related terminal degree is required.
A minimum of five years of post MSW professional experience in social work or a closely related field is preferred.
Prior university level teaching experience, particularly with graduate or doctoral students, is preferred.
Applicants should demonstrate expertise relevant to one or more areas of the DSW curriculum, including applied research, social work theory, program evaluation, leadership, pedagogy, policy, nonprofit management, community engaged practice, or applied scholarship.
Professional social work licensure is preferred when relevant to the applicant's area of teaching or practice.
Experience teaching and mentoring working professionals in online or synchronous learning environments is preferred.
