Lakeland University, a liberal arts institution, seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach an undergraduate course in Business Law beginning in the fall, 2026 term.
BUS 410 Business Law - 3 semester credits
The nature of the American legal system and its operations. Subjects include principles of the law of contracts as applied to selected business transactions and relationships; court structure, jurisdiction and civil procedures; and crimes and torts.
Pre-requisite: BUS 330 - Management Principles and Junior Standing

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess, at minimum, either a Juris Doctorate or a master's degree in business with graduate coursework in business law.
