The College of Education and the Department of Content Area Teacher Education (CATE) are searching for qualified and experienced adjuncts in Health and Physical Education and related areasAll positions require availability during the regular school day.
The appointment consists of, but is not limited to, teaching a broad range of courses that include online, face-to-face or hybrid courses and supervision of teacher candidates.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a constructivist-based theoretical framework centered on a philosophy grounded in social justice.

In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, and in accordance with the current MOA, Rowan University adjuncts are provided with a minimum of $2,225 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year. Courses will be assigned to instructors by College & Department on an as-needed basis.
