Hatalom is seeking qualified Adjunct Faculty to support the Marine Corps University (MCU) College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) Enlisted College Distance Education Program (ECDEP).
The ECDEP provides Professional Military Education (PME) to enlisted Marines, preparing them for increased leadership responsibilities through the development of critical thinking, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills. Adjunct Faculty play a critical role in mentoring Marines and facilitating professional discussions that contribute to the development of future enlisted leaders.
Adjunct Faculty work closely with Regional Chief Instructors (RCIs) to provide instruction and mentorship to Marines enrolled in ECDEP seminars. Faculty are responsible forfacilitating discussions, evaluating student performance, grading assignments, and fostering an engaging learning environment that supports student success.
ECDEP Adjunct Faculty currently support the Sergeant's School Seminar Program (SSSP) and the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Leadership School Seminar Program (SNCOLSP). Courses are delivered in resident, synchronous online, and asynchronous online formats. This position is contingent upon contract award.
