
The School of Professional Studies is seeking adjunct instructors to deliver in-person workforce training for MassBio’s Bioversity program. This 8-week, noncredit program prepares adult learners for entry-level roles in biotechnology lab operations.
This role is designed for professionals with hands-on experience in laboratory operations, facilities, or support functions within biotech, pharma, or research environments. The instructor will translate real-world lab workflows into practical, job-ready training that prepares learners to succeed in roles such as lab technician, lab operations associate, or facilities support.
Students are non-traditional adult learners preparing to enter the biotech workforce. Instruction should emphasize applied skills, workplace readiness, and operational understanding over theoretical science.
The pay range associated with this posting reflects the amount the University reasonably expects to pay for this role at this time. Salary offers are determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications as well as internal equity, market data and pay in comparison to similarly situated employees doing comparable work.
