Job Description

Title: Adjunct Faculty - Accounting

Salary Range: $800 per credit hour

Contract Term Length: Not Applicable

Standard Hours: Varies

Work Location: Hybrid

FLSA Status: Exempt

College: Bluegrass Community & Technical College

Campus Location: Bluegrass C&TC

Department: Accounting

This is a part-time faculty role in the accounting area. This position will provide online and/or classroom instruction to students.

Job Duties:

• Teach online and/or in-person accounting courses.
• Create syllabi and set up assigned courses on the College’s learning management system following college standards.
• Grade learner’s submissions in a timely manner and provide feedback to learners.
• Submit course-related reports as requested by the college.
• Maintain course standards set by the accounting area.
• Maintain communication with the coordinator of accounting.
• Complete professional development trainings required of adjunct faculty.
• Other duties as assigned.• Teach online and/or in-person accounting courses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting
• Experience in the accounting field.
