Primary Responsibilities
Teach designated courses and must be committed to program development and monitoring course content, course implementation, and clinical experiences.
Maintains appropriate office hours (1 additional hour per course per week) to assist students with coursework.
Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered instruction (in-person, hybrid, or online as assigned)
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credits in area of teaching
Familiarity with NMRuses and applications
Demonstratedexpertiseor professional experience in the subject area
Strong communicationand instructional skills
Commitment to inclusive excellence and student success
Preferred Qualifications
Prior college-level teaching experience
Experience with learning management systems and online teaching platforms
Experience working with diverse and first-generation student populations

CompensationBenefits
Adjuncts receiveremunerationon a semesterbasis, andmay range from$1,200 - $3,600 persemesterThey may make their own contribution to a 403b retirement plan.
