Montreal Bronze est un fournisseur établi de vannes marines en bronze de qualité, utilisées dans de nombreux navires de la marine et navires commerciaux, ainsi que dans l'industrie nucléaire. Montreal Bronze est à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve). Relevant de l’assistant(e) contrôleur(euse) financier(ère), l’adjoint(e) administratif(ve) accomplit diverses tâches et fonctions cléricales. Il/elle assiste et soutient les employés de bureau, selon les besoins, dans l’accomplissement de leurs tâches, comme la facturation, la saisie de données, l’approvisionnement divers, etc. Les candidat(e)s doivent posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication, des qualités de travail d'équipe et une attention particulière aux détails.

Fonctions essentielles du poste :
• Effectuer la saisie de données dans les fichiers clients de l’entreprise ;
• Effectuer la saisie de données dans les dossiers fournisseurs de l’entreprise ;
• Trier et classer divers documents ;
• Répondre ou acheminer, au besoin, les courriels et les télécopies ;
• Assister les clients internes et externes dans leurs demandes administratives ;
• S’assurer que toute documentation requise soit complète et bien rédigée ;
• Soutenir les activités d’approvisionnement divers ;
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée au poste.

• Bonne gestion des priorités et bon sens de l’organisation ;

FORMATION :
Diplôme : Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES)
Attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) en bureautique (un atout)
Toute autre combinaison d’expérience, de scolarité et/ou de formation pertinente.
EXPÉRIENCE :
5 ans d’expérience ou plus dans un environnement de bureau.

Position Title: Administrative Assistant II

Montreal Bronze is an established supplier of quality bronze marine valves used in many naval and commercial ships, plus the nuclear industry. Montreal Bronze is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, the Administrative Assistant performs various clerical tasks and functions. They assist and support office employees, as needed, in the completion of their tasks from duties such as billing, invoicing, data entry, miscellaneous procurement etc. Candidates will possess excellent communication skills, teamwork qualities and attention to detail.
Essential Job Functions:
• Enter data into the company's client files;
• Enter data into the company's supplier records;
• Sort and file various documents;
• Respond to or forward, as needed, emails and faxes;
• Assist internal and external clients with their administrative requests;
• Ensure that all required documentation is complete and well-written;
• Support miscellaneous procurement activities;
• Perform any other related tasks associated with the position.
Skills:
• Have good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Attention to detail;
• Good priority management and strong organizational skills;
• Precision and sense of initiative;
• Proficiency in customer service;
• Bilingual: French and English (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
EDUCATION:
Diploma: High School Diploma (DES)
Certificate of Collegial Studies (AEC) in Office Administration (an asset)
Any other combination of relevant experience, education, and/or training.

EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience or more in an office environment.
