En tant qu’Adjoint·e au Store Manager, tu es un véritable pilier du magasin.
Au quotidien, tu participes activement à sa performance tout en accompagnant ton équipe.
Tes missions :
Offrir une expérience client fluide, agréable et qualitative
Animer, motiver et faire grandir ton équipe
Suivre les performances et contribuer au développement du chiffre d’affaires
Mettre en place un merchandising attractif et efficace
Participer au recrutement, à la formation et à l’intégration des collaborateurs
Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du/de la Store Manager

Une première expérience réussie en management (adjoint·e, chef·fe de rayon ou similaire)
