In this role, you'll:


As a critical part of the team that is responsible for leading the development and delivery of adjoining land rights strategies to support Sydney Metro projects you will:

  • Analyse adjoining land rights transaction options across planning, design, approvals and completion to support complex Metro infrastructure delivery.
  • Provide sound analytical advice and recommendations in a complex stakeholder, commercial and property environment to ensure ongoing project access to the adjoining land rights required to facilitate construction.
  • Support adjoining land rights negotiations and transactions to enable timely, value for money outcomes for Transport projects and communities.

About you

  • Experience supporting work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to contribute to sound and well governed property or transaction outcomes.
  • Exposure to public infrastructure project environments (such as road, rail or civil projects), or related government or regulated settings.
  • Experience with and understanding of the New South Wales (NSW) Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) legislation and NSW Government land acquisition policy and procedures.
  • Experience in property transactions , applying due diligence within complex infrastructure or government environments.
  • You’re recognised for strong analytical judgement, skilled at interpreting property, valuation and market data to support informed decision making.
