What you´ll do

• Manage the end-to-end supply planning
  process for imported goods from Europe / North America to ensure timely
  availability in Korea and Japan
  
• Lead sourcing and procurement operations
  by coordinating with inter-company suppliers and third-party vendors
  
• Monitor and optimize inventory
  performance, focusing on NES ratio and inventory days to reduce holding
  costs
  
• Proactively manage slow-moving and aging
  inventory to minimize obsolescence and write-offs
  
• Handle claim management related to trading
  operations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service,
  Logistics, and QA teams to ensure supply-demand alignment and resolve
  operational issues
  
• Work closely with 3rd Party
  Vendor and logistics partners to improve warehouse utilization and
  transportation efficiency
  
• Support
  continuous improvement by identifying supply chain gaps and contributing to
  process enhancement initiatives

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s
  degree and related field experience are required, along with 1-3 years
  of work experience in Supply Chain
  
• Proficiency
  in SAP and SAP experience is required.
  
• Fluency in English is required, Japanese is preferred.
  
• Excellent
  command of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
