About this Position

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining
strategic relationships with key customers, identifying growth opportunities,
driving revenue expansion, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver
customer-focused solutions across Aerospace, Appliance, and related industry
segments.

What you´ll do

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts to drive long-term business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities within Aerospace or Appliance; Create and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of business and operational issues; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development Management, Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering, and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews with customers; Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to develop effective growth strategies
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, account reviews, and strategic proposals to internal and external stakeholders; Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and customer activity reports
  • Drive customer engagement and strengthen partnerships while ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC & partners with cross-regional teams to align strategies and share best practices

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or related commercial roles
  • Proven industry experience in Aerospace, Appliance, or other industrial sectors, with a track record of driving business growth and managing strategic customer relationships. Experienced in working with regional or global customers in a complex business environment
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions, regions, and organizational levels
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, fluent in English (Japanese preferred), with the flexibility to travel extensively within Korea and occasionally internationally for customer meetings, trainings, industry events, and collaboration with global teams and key stakeholders
