• Help care homes deliver and grow the Additional Services program.
• Supportlocal sales and marketing activities.
• Train and support General Managers and Customer Service Consultants.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and overall program performance.
• Perform concierge duties and create service plans in Checked In Care.
• Work with the Resident Placement Team to increase program uptake.
• Coach teams to meet Bupa and legislative requirements.
• Complete regular audits and use compliance tools across care homes.
• Maintain accurate resident records, service changes and quarterly reviews.
• Support care homes to ensure services are delivered and charged correctly, including tracking substitutions and changes.

• Experience delivering complex, large‑scale communication or engagement initiatives
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
