The Additional Services Consultant plays a pivotal role in elevating the resident experience by empowering care home administrative teams to successfully deliver the Additional Services program. This role provides expert coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure teams are confident, compliant, and equipped to maximise program effectiveness. Through strong relationships, proactive problem‑solving, and a focus on continuous improvement, the Additional Services Consultant helps each home deliver high‑quality, value‑adding services that enhance resident satisfaction and operational performance.
