Every person in our community has the right to safe, affordable, quality housing and to live with dignity and as much independence and choice as possible.
As a member of the Supportive Housing Team, you will be supporting individuals who may experience addictions and/or mental health concerns and have struggled with housing stability. By providing affordable, independent apartments with supports on-site, your team will be at the ready to provide early support and intervention, when clients need it most. This approach ultimately prevents concerns from escalating to a point that would have resulted in eviction in a non-supportive or market rent housing situation, accomplishing our goal of keeping our clients housed. We also work towards building a sense of community by offering groups and light-touch support within the buildings for any tenants who may benefit from low-barrier addictions and/or mental health support including but not limited to system navigation, crisis intervention and supportive listening
Consider revitalizing your career and making a difference in your community by joining our team!
