
The salary range for this position is CAD $49.20/Hr. - CAD $63.47/Hr.
PHC's Urban Health team is accepting applications for L4 Addiction Medicine Nurse Liaisons to join their team. These roles support patients admitted into acute care at St. Paul's Hospital who are followed by the Addiction Medicine Consult Team (AMCT), providing point-of-care nursing education, substance use and overdose education, and care planning. They also provide clinical support for the Overdose Prevention Site.
