Per una sostituzione personale assente presso i nostri corner Napapijri e Timberland all'interno di Coin Trieste, siamo alla ricerca di 1 commesso/a part-time 30 ore che verrà inserito/a a metà settembre con contratto a termine di circa 10 giorni prorogabile all'occorrenza.
Le principali mansioni saranno:
Assistenza alla vendita avvalendosi della formazione ricevuta (prodotti, servizio al cliente)
Occuparsi dell’assortimento giornaliero del punto vendita, verificando l’adeguata copertura di taglie e modelli.
Verifica costante che tutta le merce in spazio vendita sia fornita di antitaccheggio
Organizzare layout e visual secondo le linee aziendali
Organizzare lo stock in magazzino mantenendo il locale sistemato e pulito
Curare la movimentazione giornaliera della merce sia in entrata che in uscita
Aggiornamento prezzatura merce (saldi e promozioni)
Gestione di resi ed inventari secondo le procedure aziendali
Assicurare il rispetto rigoroso delle procedure aziendali in ogni momento
Requisiti
tassativa esperienza pregressa di almeno due anni nella vendita assistita di abbigliamento e/o calzature
buone capacità relazionali: predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, proattività, spirito di intraprendenza, entusiasmo e voglia di mettersi alla prova, spirito di collaborazione
problem solving: persona spigliata che possa essere in grado di gestire le priorità
forte motivazione
flessibilità: disponibilità a lavorare durante i week-end e le festività
automunito/a o comunque in grado di poter raggiungere autonomamente il centro per poter rispettare i turni di lavori assegnati
Contratto offerto
Inserimento al 4° livello del CCNL Commercio, Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi, con contratto a termine di circa 10 giorni prorogabile all'occorrenza.
