
Project Context:
Within an ADAS project (Radar & Camera) for a French OEM, you will be part of a multicultural and distributed engineering environment. The role interfaces with internal teams, project management, and the customer to ensure efficient error tracking, analysis, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze error data from multiple internal and external sources
• Consolidate, structure, and interpret error data to identify trends and root causes
• Create clear, structured, and audience-adapted analysis and status reports for different stakeholders (Aptiv Management, Customer, Project Teams, etc.)
• Cooperate with customers to clarify reported errors and align on resolution progress
• Support the Project Manager by providing accurate and timely reporting on error resolution activities and overall progress
• Monitor and track team progress related to reported error resolution
• Coordinate closely with local and remote E&S (Engineering & Support) teams
• Ensure tasks are executed in compliance with E&S and TCK quality standards, processes, and schedules
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, reporting methods, and professional skills
• Maintain a professional company image in all internal and external interactions
• Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality rules and proper handling of company and customer data
Basic Requirements:
Required (R):
• Master’s degree (MSc) in Electronics, Computer Science, Economics, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for documentation and reporting
• Proven ability to develop and maintain VBA scripts in MS Excel
• Experience working with MS Project
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and read)
• Very good communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Familiar with ADAS components and features
Preferred (P):
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources into clear and concise reports
• Previous experience in error management, incident tracking, or issue resolution processes
• Knowledge of ADAS systems (Radar and/or Camera)
• Ability to speak, read, and write French
Additional Information
• The position may require occasional business trips within France
• International and cross-site collaboration is an integral part of the role
