自動車エンジニアリング分野のモデル開発プロジェクトにおけるオンサイト・オフショアのバイリンガル・ブリッジ
日本語を母国語とする顧客と英語を母国語とするチームメンバーとのプロジェクトミーティングの効果的な対応
開発チームとのコミュニケーション：開発チームとのコミュニケーション：メール、電話、ウェブベース、国内外メンバーとの対面ミーティング
技術的説明オフショアメンバーのためのシングルポイントオブコンタクト

［応募条件］Requirements

　必須要件下記のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

モデルベース開発経験
車両動力学、PID制御、電気回路、MATLABモデル作成、MATLABモデルシミュレーション、日本語ビジネス文書作成経験
自動車開発における優れたシステムエンジニアリング能力
日英両言語での優れたコミュニケーション能力

尚可要件 Good to Have:

クロスカルチャー、クロスファンクショナルコミュニケーションの経験
外国人とのコミュニケーション経験
自動車業界におけるカスタマーフロントの経験

　語学力 Language Skill

英語力ビジネスレベル（TOEICスコア：700点以上）
日本語力ネイティブレベルまたはまたは日本語能力試験N2以上
