What will you do?

The project manager is the glue that keeps it together and moving. You are there from start to finish, being responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing projects from business case to completion. You define project objectives, scope, and requirements, creating detailed project plans and schedules. You allocate and manage team members and other resources, track budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. You facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders and excel at resolving issues and mitigating risks that may arise during the project. Reporting towards different stakeholders and creating buy-in is key for you.

Requirements

For this role, we require the following:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree
• +4 years experience as consultant-manager
• +3 years experience as project manager
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, …) and agile (nice to have)
• Great communication to all levels through efficient reporting, Steering Committee presentations, and other channels defined by the project governance
• Proven track record in stakeholder and change management
• Outstanding problem solving and negotiating skills, keeping a helicopter view at any phase
• Excellent coaching skills: proven expertise in guiding teams to on-time delivery of high quality
• Highly adaptable to new situations and client requests, but also able to challenge them
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, AzureDevops, …)

• Fluent in English and native in Dutch or French, with business proficiency in the other

  • You’re able to spot opportunities at clients and recruit from your network
  • We empower consultants to be involved in the company’s internal working, such as pre-sales activities, recruitment, coaching colleagues, acting as SPOC for a client or organizing training. And time will be foreseen for this.
• Being or willing to become the go-to person for specific sectors and/or domains
• You’re a strong and empathic communicator
• Focus on people centered change: you support and manage our clients in their digital transformation. Next to the project delivery, we take away concerns and fears from stakeholders, creating buy-in through all layers of the organization
• Keeping a cool head in demanding environments is something that comes naturally to you
• Knowledge-sharing and coaching are key. You are willing to help others and are open to accept help and guidance
• You inspire trust, show respect to other people and act at all time guided by a strong ethical code
