What will you do?

You will lead important digital transformation engagements, provide hands-on strategic guidance to our clients for whom you are the key contact, and represent our team. Starting from the business objectives & ambitions of the client, typical activities could be:

• co-create a roadmap
• realign a project portfolio with changing end-customer’s needs
• design a business case for a digital investment
• assess the digital maturity of a department/organization,..

Next to your project(s), you will support the further development of our value proposition and actively contribute to the identification of business opportunities and accelerate go-to-market activities. You will also have an active role in our community based on your strengths and ambitions.

Requirements

For this role, we require the following:

• Min. master’s degree
• +6 years as consultant in a large consulting firm or in digital strategy boutique firms and a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects/programs for various organizations
• Strong knowledge & expertise in at least 1 sector
• Solid experience in one of the following topics: architecture and operating models, Customer Experience, data and AI, agility, strategy execution and extended knowledge in project/program management/PMO
• A first experience in strategy definition for midcorp’s, in designing an actionable roadmap or reprioritizing a project portfolio are nice to haves
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and manage teams, lead client workshops, facilitate change management
• Fast learner, flexible to different environment and contexts.
• Customer-centric & hands-on experience with client relationship management
• Understand CxO’s agenda towards digital and be able to decomplexify topics and make it understandable for all stakeholders

• Being or willing to become the go-to person for specific sectors and/or domains
• You’re a strong and empathic communicator
• Act as a natural connector: you are able to bring stakeholders together and play a facilitating role by creating synergies between them
• Focus on people centered change: you support and manage our clients in their digital transformation. Next to the project delivery, we take away concerns and fears from stakeholders, creating buy-in through all layers of the organization
• Keeping a cool head in demanding environments is something that comes naturally to you
• Knowledge-sharing and coaching are key. You are willing to help others and are open to accept help and guidance
• You inspire trust, show respect to other people and act at all time guided by a strong ethical code
