We are looking for certified Personal Trainers passionate about helping special needs and/or senior citizens.

  • Six-month track to Master Adaptive Personal Trainer ($60/hour).
  • 12-month track to Territory Manager/General Manager (+25% pay).

Requirements

• National personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM).
• Strong passion for working with special needs or adaptive populations.
• Commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering fitness programs for every client.

A Day in the Life

• Travel to clients’ homes or local sites to deliver adaptive training sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Work with children, adults, and families to help clients with special needs or physical challenges achieve measurable progress.
• Stay connected to a supportive team through mentorship, paid trainings, and ongoing encouragement — without sales pressure.

Hiring Process

Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
