JOB TITLE: Adaptive Programs Intern II

SUMMARY: The Adaptive Program Internship will be an integral part of the planning and execution of programs and events at various facilities and locations in Carrollton as well as trips within the DFW area. The intern will work under a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist to assist with planning and executing programs designed for both children and adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities. This Intern will assist with the daily duties, social media marketing, and development of the current month’s schedule. The intern will set up rooms and gather materials as needed. The intern will also assist in maintaining reports and simple data entry regarding participation as well as running the daily operations.
