How you will make an impact:

The ADA & Accommodations Specialist provides subject-matter expertise in administering and coordinating workplace accommodations within a PEO environment. This role serves as the primary resource for employees, managers, and clients on the interactive process under the ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, and related accommodation requirements. The Specialist ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while balancing organizational needs, employee well-being, and client expectations. In addition to managing complex accommodation requests, this role assists in developing policies and procedures, harmonizing accommodation practices across multiple jurisdictions in a PEO setting with a diverse client base.

What You'll Bring:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ADA/ADAAA accommodation administration, leave management, or disability case management (PEO or multi-state environment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, FMLA, and related employment laws.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain leave and accommodation processes clearly and empathetically to employees and clients.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, case management, or CRM systems (UKG Ready or similar preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
