Department: Ads Business

About the Daily Mail

The Daily Mail is one of the world’s most recognized media brands, reaching millions of readers daily across digital, mobile, and print platforms. Known for its bold journalism and global reach, the Daily Mail continues to innovate in the digital landscape with a focus on storytelling, audience growth, and engagement. Our U.S. business represents a critical growth engine as we expand our digital presence and build new revenue models for the future

Vendor Operations

  • Own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle for partnership-related vendors: onboarding, contract management, renewals, and offboarding in coordination with Legal, Finance, and Procurement
  • Manage vendor performance against agreed SLAs and deliverables; conduct regular business reviews and escalate issues when standards are not met
  • Maintain a centralized vendor registry tracking spend, contract terms, performance metrics, and renewal timelines across all partnership-related tools and service providers
  • Partner with Finance to track vendor spend against budget; identify cost optimization opportunities and negotiate favorable terms at renewal
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for vendor-related issues, routing escalations to the appropriate teams and ensuring timely resolution
  • Evaluate and recommend new vendor tools and platforms (e.g. affiliate networks, PRM software, analytics tools) to improve operational efficiency across the partnerships function

Technology & Integration Partnerships

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and enterprise partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Co-develop joint business plans, co-sell initiatives, and GTM strategies with enterprise partners
  • Negotiate partnership agreements in collaboration with legal and leadership
  • Track partnership KPIs and generate regular business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts
  • Build and manage relationships with technology partners and integration ecosystem stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope and prioritize integration roadmaps
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities for new integration launches: joint messaging, co-marketing, documentation

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management — ideally spanning more than one of the three tracks above
  • Proven track record of building and growing partnerships that drove measurable business outcomes
  • Strong relationship skills — you build trust fast and maintain it over the long term
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity: you can scope a deal, manage a negotiation, and track performance without heavy process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to adapt your style for a startup founder, a Fortune 500 exec, or a content creator
  • Data fluency: comfortable pulling reports, interpreting performance dashboards, and making decisions from data
