Responsibilities:
Research and resolve all issues related to existing ads policy review workflow.
Interpret and enforce policies on content or jobs on the platform.
Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates for content or jobs.
Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools.
Communicate effectively and concisely with internal partners.
Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates including but not limited to policies and technical issues.
Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity and quality goals.
Adhere to internal standard methodology guidelines, processes, and operating cadences as established by the Netflix Ads Policy Team.
Requirements:
High School Diploma is a must.
Knowledge in some tools like tik tok.
Preferred bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing or Business.
More than 12 months of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, account management, or campaign management.
Knowledge of media platforms and the technologies that support it.
Familiarity with internet policy and content policy review environments.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly and to exercise good judgment in a high-pressure environment.
Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through with assigned tasks.
Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Strong attention to detail.
Superior time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
