
The Associate Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. You will establish metrics, provide data analyses, and work directly to support business intelligence.
You will evaluate industry, economic, financial, operational, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position. The Associate Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
The Associate Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting reports to the Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting and will oversee, develop, and communicate results of complex models and analytics in support of primary care organization reserve development. This role ensures data integrity through effective controls and processes, partners with stakeholders to solve business challenges, oversees and performs root cause analysis of trend and restatement drivers, and develops cost-effective solutions to complex operational and technical problems. The position leads a team of specialized actuarial and analytics professionals.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$156,600 - $215,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
