职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，车辆工程、计算机科学、电子电气、自动化等相关专业优先, 5 年以上整车软件项目管理、电子电气项目管理或软件研发项目管理经验。 2. 必须具有 AD域相关项目经验，包括但不限于感知、规划与控制、NOA / 泊车、行泊一体、AD 软硬件量产交付或法规认证等方向。 3. 有完整车型或技术平台项目研发交付管理经验者优先。 4. 熟悉整车软件研发流程与整车研发节点交付机制，具备整体研发节奏规划与交付目标管理能力。 5. 熟悉 AD 软硬件研发与交付流程，理解 AD与对手件团队域间的接口与依赖关系。 6. 掌握项目管理工具与方法论（PMP、敏捷 / 迭代管理等），具备数据驱动的项目度量与风险管控能力。 7. 自驱力强、有韧性，能够适应复杂变动的项目环境，具备出色的跨组织协同沟通、矛盾与冲突解决能力，以及问题分析与解决能力。 加分项： 1. 有 L2GB 或其他法规认证管理相关项目管理经验。 2. 熟悉智能汽车基本软硬件架构或AD域控制器相关架构。 3. 具备良好的英语沟通能力，可作为工作语言。
