We’re looking for an Application Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team and support Acurity, our core fund administration system.

About the role
This role focuses on developing, enhancing and maintaining applications that support regulatory, product and operational initiatives. You’ll work across Acurity and its interfaces, contributing to a high-performing team delivering secure, reliable and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain application solutions aligned to business needs
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation and delivery
• Review, test and optimise code for performance and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
• Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
• Maintain technical documentation and artefacts
• Continuously improve systems, processes and practices
• Champion secure development practices

About you

• Experience in Acurity development, or similar platforms using 4GL languages
• Strong SQL and database capability
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Agile delivery experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective stakeholder communication skills
• Passion for technology and continuous improvement
• Experience in superannuation or financial services will be highly regarded.
