Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience
Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair needs
Write and manage repair orders
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Upsell recommended services and maintenance
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
