岗位职责
基于 AUTOSAR 架构，负责汽车电控单元应用层逻辑软件开发、算法实现与功能开发。
根据系统需求文档，拆解软件需求，完成应用层策略设计、逻辑编码、单元测试与集成测试。
负责车载功能逻辑开发，包括控制策略、模式管理、故障判断、阈值逻辑、交互逻辑、场景功能实现。
对接系统工程师、测试工程师，完成需求评审、方案设计、软件联调、台架测试、实车标定与验证。
基于 CAN/LIN/ 以太网通信协议，完成应用层信号交互、报文解析、业务逻辑调度开发。
配合 OTA 升级、车辆诊断、耐久试验，修复软件 BUG，迭代优化功能体验与整车稳定性。
标准化输出软件设计说明、接口文档、测试报告，保障软件可维护性、可复用性，满足量产交付要求。
任职要求
本科及以上，车辆工程、电子信息、自动化、软件工程等相关专业，6年及以上汽车车载应用软件开发经验。
熟练使用 C/C++ 嵌入式编程，熟悉 AUTOSAR 应用层开发流程与方法论。
熟悉车载网络通信（CAN/CAN FD/LIN/ 以太网）、DBC/ARXML 文件解析与应用层信号开发。
了解整车电子电器架构、电控部件工作原理，具备整车功能逻辑开发经验（底盘、车身、座舱、三电任一领域均可）。
熟练使用主流开发、测试工具，掌握软件调试、日志分析、问题定位方法。
了解 UDS 诊断、网络管理、功能安全、信息安全基础概念者优先。
逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能独立承担模块开发与问题闭环，有量产项目经验优先。
