The Actuarial Specialist is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and implementation of reserving, capital modelling, financial reporting, and predictive analytics solutions as an independent contributor. The role applies advanced actuarial knowledge to support business decision-making, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting while providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members. The Actuarial Specialist reports to the Actuarial Director and works in conjunction with less experienced analysts.

The expected base salary range for this position is $97,500 - $147,500. Depending on your relevant experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions and business needs, base compensation may vary. You have the potential to earn more through Gore Mutual’s discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
