Job Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide specialized instruction in art, photography, cartooning, dance, recreation, coding or martial arts
- Create and implement a syllabus and pacing calendar for the school year that is based on outcomes
- Be prepared to put together a performance piece or portfolio of the students’ work for showcases and celebrations
- Help youth to develop healthy self-esteem, decision-making skills, respect, discipline, and physical fitness interests

- Willing to go above and beyond program mandates for the benefit of the children.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Candidate must possess a degree or training in their field or have at least two years’ experience teaching young people this discipline
