  • Maintain compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and joint provider ship/interprofessional CE requirements.
  • Manage disclosure processes, identify and mitigate financial conflicts, and ensure separation from commercial influence.
  • Review materials for bias, accuracy, and completeness, including accreditation statements, disclosures, and learner requirements.
  • Collaborate with faculty, SMEs, and planning committees; provide guidance on CME expectations, timelines, and content alignment.
  • Oversee activity operations, including evaluations, learner assessments, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, adult education, instructional design, or related field.
  • Experience in continuing medical education, nursing continuing professional development, healthcare education, medical education, clinical education, or adult learning.
  • Knowledge of accredited CPD planning principles, educational design, assessment, and evaluation.
  • Strong organizational, project management, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, faculty, subject matter experts, and operational teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
