Position:
Activity Leader

Hours:
7 hours per day- Split Shift 6:15-9:15am and 2:00-6:00pm during School Days, Straight shift during Non-School Days and Summer
5 days a week
12 months

Salary:
Class III starting at $18.77 per hour

Required Experience:

• Previous experience working with school age youth in a leadership role.
• Planning program activities experience

Preferred Experience:

• Post Secondary coursework in education or relate area
• Experience working with diverse families
• Inclusion or special needs experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan and implement daily activities (gym, arts & crafts, music, etc) for elementary youth
• Must be comfortable with supervising groups of students (up to 15 students)
• Assist Youth and Family Coordinator in day-to-day responsibilities of managing site
• Provide leadership with other program responsibilities including snack, paperwork, discipline, communication, and other duties as assigned.
