Job Title: Activities Director

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a social services or recreational program within the last five years, one of which was full-time in a resident activities program in a health care setting. OR
• Completion of a training program approved by the state.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an ongoing program of activities designed to meet the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident/patient.
• May carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
