Job Description

Tiger's Trail RV Resort is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and dependable Activities Team Member to help create memorable experiences for our guests year-round. If you enjoy working with people, planning events, and bringing fun and excitement to a family-friendly resort environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This position plays a key role in organizing, promoting, and facilitating activities and events for guests of all ages while helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere that makes Tiger's Trail RV Resort a premier destination in Baton Rouge.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and lead resort activities, games, crafts, tournaments, and special events
  • Engage with guests and encourage participation in scheduled activities
  • Assist with holiday celebrations, themed weekends, and seasonal events
  • Set up, monitor, and clean up activity areas and event spaces
  • Promote upcoming activities through flyers, social media, and guest communications
  • Help maintain activity supplies and inventory
  • Work closely with resort management and other departments to ensure successful events
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
  • Assist with additional resort operations as needed

Requirements

  • Must pass background check
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to engage guests of all ages in a fun and professional manner
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and leading activities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Weekend, holiday, and flexible schedule availability required
  • Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, event planning, customer service, campground, RV resort, or entertainment environments is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
