Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of daily and weekly activities for our guests of all ages
• Lead group activities such as games, crafts, events, and outdoor recreation
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for children and families
• Maintain activity schedules and ensure events run on time
• Coordinate supplies, set up, and clean up for activities
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members
• Adapt activities based on group size, weather, and guest needs

Requirements

• Must pass background check
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Passion for working with children and leading group activities

• Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or even planning is a plus
