Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at‑risk youth. Gallatin Primary Assessment Center in Gallatin, Tennessee is a secure short‑term facility serving boys ages 13 to 17 who require assessment and stabilization. The center offers continuous observation, clinical evaluation, mental health care, and life skills programming during initial placement.
Youth typically remain for about 30 days, receiving individual and group therapy, educational services, victim‑impact awareness, and family engagement. Small group living units support informed placement decisions and safe transition to longer‑term residential or community settings.

As the Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional, cognitive, and social development of youth by designing and facilitating therapeutic recreational activities.
